What inspires you in your creative work?
I think my inspiration comes from living life and experiencing things that I can encapsulate in my work.What key techniques do you use in your photography?Composition and leading lines.
How does your culture or country influence your photography style?
I think, for me, my photography style isn't influenced by extrinsic factors; it's my life experiences and the stories I would like to tell that have influenced my style.
What resources (books, online courses, webinars) do you recommend for improving photography skills?
Definitely, learn about composition and the exposure triangle. But most of all, go out there and put what you’ve learned into practice. This could be street photography, even if your passion is portraits, food, or cars. Go out there and take pictures.
What editing programs or tools do you use for processing your photos? Why did you choose them?
Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop (sometimes).
Which social media platforms or networks do you think are the most useful for promoting photography?
Instagram, The Dots, and Kavyar.
Do you have favorite photographers or artists who have influenced your style? Which ones?
There isn't a specific artist or photographer that has influenced my style, but I would say it’s watching music videos in the Rap, RnB, and Afrobeats genres. Directors who go outside the box, like Edgar Esteves, Pietro Biz Biasia, Rekki, and Josh Wilks (Photographer).
What technical or creative challenges have you faced while creating your work, and how did you overcome them?
Trying to collaborate with new people can be quite difficult when you're starting out, as they are hesitant about what the images might look like. Don't let one "no" stop you from reaching out to other people; a "no" is a redirection in your journey.
How did you hear about "Depo," and what are your expectations for our magazine? Are you interested in participating in future projects or collaborations with "Depo"?
I am definitely interested in participating in future projects and collaborations. I think I was trying to connect with new people, and someone must have posted about Depo; that is how I came across it.
